Born and raised in Panama and a native Spanish speaker, Norman brings a global perspective to his work. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration (finance) from Marshall University's Lewis College of Business, where he also played NCAA Division I soccer on a full athletic scholarship. Also a United States Army Veteran, his financial credentials include Series 7 & 66 securities licenses, an insurance license, and extensive expertise in tax strategy, estate planning, real estate integration, and wealth architecture. Norman is a recognized keynote speaker at national events such as the LA Dental Meeting, LATINO TAX PRO Convention, and regional CE summits. His professional achievements include New York Life's as well as an independent prestigious Chairman's Council and membership in the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). When he is not educating dentists or designing financial blueprints, Norman enjoys world travel with his wife, Tania, and their daughters, Victoria and Triana. His favorite destinations include Mazatlán, Mexico; his home country of Panama; and Europe-especially Madrid, where he supports his beloved Real Madrid C.F. He also enjoys deep-sea fishing across the Pacific coastlines of Mexico and Panama.
