Quite simply, when faced with any difficulty, one needs to find solutions according to their problem. Never be afraid of failing because one can find the stepping stone towards success after failure.

Thirdly, vigilance. One needs to avoid demanding situations and adapt to whatever the world throws your way. After resisting blows, one will automatically don armor, thus creating habits that protect oneself from harm and promote a healthy lifestyle."
