Chef, restaurateur and television personality Ben O'Donoghue has worked at some of the UK's most notable restaurants, including the River Cafe with Jamie Oliver. He co-presented four seasons of Surfing the Menu with fellow Aussie Curtis Stone and New Zealander Mark Gardner and has also hosted his own TV shows in Australia. He has written a number of cookbooks and is a regular contributor to food magazines. Ben lives with his wife and children in Brisbane, where he has his restaurant, Billy Kart Kitchen.
