Rachel Krentzman has been practicing yoga and physical therapy for almost three decades. She established and managed a private practice for over twenty-five years, is the founder of an accredited yoga therapy training in Israel, and has educated hundreds of students around the world in how to heal with yoga therapy. A certified Hakomi psychotherapist, Rachel is working on new courses to combine personal healing through somatic, body-centered psychotherapy and yoga therapy. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Yoga Alliance, the Israeli Yoga Teachers' Association, and the Interdisciplinary Association of Psychotherapists in Israel. Rachel has penned two other books, Yoga for a Happy Back: A Teacher's Guide to Spinal Health through Yoga Therapy (2016), Scoliosis, Yoga Therapy and the Art of Letting Go (2016), and was a contributor for Yoga Therapy for Children and Teens with Complex Needs (2023) and Yoga Therapy Foundations, Tools and Practice (2021). She loves travelling as well as surfing and swimming in the open water.
