As AI integrates with industrial decision-making, organizations face questions about responsible technology deployment. Addressing AI ethics, governance, equity, and safety is essential for maintaining trust, minimizing harm, and ensuring fair outcomes. Responsible organizations must consider issues like bias, transparency, accountability, and the societal impact of automated systems. By establishing clear governance frameworks, prioritizing inclusive design, and implementing safeguards, organizations can harness the benefits of AI while upholding ethical standards and protecting the communities they serve. AI Ethics, Governance, Equity, and Safety for Responsible Organizations explores how organizations can develop and implement ethical frameworks to guide the design, deployment, and oversight of AI systems. It examines issues like bias, accountability, transparency, and risk management to ensure AI technologies are safe, equitable, and aligned with societal values. This book covers topics such as e-commerce, predictive analysis, and business governance, and is a useful resource for business owners, engineers, policymakers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
