Serkan Derici has been working at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration since 2017. He is currently an Assistant Professor Dr. Derici received his bachelor's degree from Nevşehir University, Department of Business Administration in 2012. He studied at Erciyes University for one year with the Farabi student exchange programme. He completed his master's degree in Business Administration at the same university and then his doctorate. Derici started his academic life as a research assistant at Istanbul Gelisim University School of Applied Sciences, Department of Aviation Management in 2016. His current research mainly focuses on quantitative methods, machine learning, supply chain management, big data, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic, operations management and multi-criteria decision making.
