Benjamin started off life as an engineer, completed a psychology major, went to work for a bank, ran a SaaS start-up, and now combines all those experiences to help people use technology more effectively at work. His journey into the Microsoft world started as a citizen developer with Yammer apps, after becoming interested in the social networking tool. He has since been invited to speak at Build 2019, Microsoft's premier developer conference, about a Teams app he developed which used artificial intelligence to organise team coffee orders.
