Jenny Moore is a novelist and children's author from Devon, writing for all ages from toddlers up to adults. Her numerous children's books include Odelia and the Varmint (also published by New Frontier Publishing) and Emba Oak and the Terrible Tomorrows which was shortlisted for the James Reckitt Hull Children's Book Award 2024. She lives in an old house by the river, where she spends her days plotting, planning and paragraph-pruning...and drinking lots of tea! She has a degree in Fine Arts and a Master's in Drawing and Video creation from the University of Granada. She also obtained a postgraduate degree in Children's Illustration in Barcelona. She has worked in various fields of visual arts, including animation for music videos, archaeological drawing in Egypt, mural painting, and numerous editorial projects, mainly for children and young audiences.
