Stevie, Carole and Lisa saddle up for a new TV series with a brand new cast!

MYSTERY AT PINE HOLLOWCarole, Stevie and Lisa, the horse-crazy members of The Saddle Club, are looking forward to the combined-training event at Pine Hollow Stables. When snooty Veronica blames her bad performance on her horse, Garnet, and storms out of the ring, Carole follows, only to find that both horse and rider have disappeared. Then Lisa finds a $10,000 ransom note and they realize that Garnet has been horsenapped!THE SADDLE CLUB GIRLS MUST RIDE FOR THEIR LIVESCarole, Stevie and Lisa are thrilled to be invited on a pack trip through the mountains with their friend Kate Devine. When they meet the other riders, they couldn't be happier. The group hits it off immediately- Lisa like Seth, his sister Amy seems to be a perfect pal for Stevie, and John is as serious and horse wise as Carole. But first impressions can be deceiving. Amy isn't just high spirited and impulsive, she's downright dangerous and her next wild stunt threatens all their lives.

Bonnie Bryant is the author of nearly a hundred books about horses, including The Saddle Club, Pine Hollow and Pony Tails series. She has also written novels and movie novelisations under her married name, B.B. Hiller. Ms Bryant began writing The Saddle Club in 1986. Although she had done some riding before that, she intensified her studies then and found herself learning right along with her characters Stevie, Carole, and Lisa. She claims that they are all much better riders than she is. Ms Bryant was born and raised in New York City. She still lives there, in Greenwich Village, with her two sons.
