SHOP OPEN 7 DAYS AGAIN
OUR STORE IS NOW OPEN 7 DAYS. MONDAY - FRIDAY 9am - 5pm. WEEKENDS 10am - 5pm.
As part of our phased return to normal operations, our stores at 131 York Street (Abbey’s Bookshop, Language Book Centre and Galaxy Bookshop) have now returned to seven day trading.
We are still observing social distancing, with a maximum of 30 customers across our 2 levels, and a maximum of 2 customers per aisle.
To assist observance of social distancing, we will have floor signage at counters to show safe distances between people, and of course plenty of hand sanitiser available throughout the stores.
'Pickup in-store' is available as a shipping option in the Checkout.
For customers not in the city who are ordering by phone, email and online, we continue to turn orders around in a timely way, and Australia Post are gradually improving their delivery timeframes.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us during the closure and exercised patience when awaiting delivery of books – it is greatly appreciated!
