She is the founder of Mama's Classes, an educational platform teaching women the realities of labour and birth, and Bumps and Brunches, a global pregnancy-only event series built to give expectant mothers community, support and evidence-based. Her commitment to improving maternity experiences led her to launch Mama's Perinatal Allies, a training programme that equips people to support women through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Elizabeth is especially passionate about advocating for Black women and ensuring they receive the safe, respectful care they deserve.
