G. Damon Wells is a career Army officer with 30 years of military service, commanding organizations from the Battery to the Brigade level and serving as a staff officer in four-star commands. His leadership experience spans combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, strategic roles in Kuwait, Korea, and the Baltics, and teaching leadership, boxing, and powerlifting at West Point. A graduate of the Army War College with a Master's in Strategic Studies, and Texas A&M University with a Master's in Kinesiology, Wells combines combat-tested leadership principles with insights from cognitive science, game theory, and complexity leadership. Damon developed the Ballistic Leadership Framework to cut through the noise of outdated leadership models and expose the root causes of failure in organizations. Grounded in science, strategy, and real-world experience, his approach is unfiltered, evidence-based, and brutally effective at identifying what actually works-and what doesn't-in leadership. He currently lives in Stuttgart, Germany, with his wife, Andrea, and their dog, Cheeky.
