This book is the first of its kind, comparing and contrasting two theories based on naturalism with two theories grounded in Christian theism, specifically regarding their ability to explain unexplained natural events in the past known as Large Igneous Provinces. The positive and negative arguments for the naturalistic theories come from actual naturalistic researchers rather than Christian theistic researchers. In contrast, the positive and negative arguments for the Christian theism theories are presented by both naturalistic and Christian theistic researchers. It explores the strengths and weaknesses of all the theories before evaluating which is the most plausible. The evidence that is presented may surprise you.
