Guy Melton has dedicated almost five decades to full-time ministry. He is the founding pastor of Oasis Church of South Florida. Guy loves his multi-ethnic congregation and has a deep passion to dream big for God's glory. He also has a passion for helping the people of Haiti. In 2011, he started Bike For Haiti by biking 1,500 miles from Pembroke Pines, FL, to New York City and later biking 3,200 miles from California to Florida. Guy also loves to encourage pastors everywhere and launched the Oasis Church Love Cities, Love Pastors initiative in 2014. Over $2 million has been raised in the last 10 years to impact these ministries. Guy hopes they continue to flourish for years to come. A native Floridian, Melton has been married for 50 years to his high school sweetheart, Tonia. They have three grown sons and four grandchildren they adore.
