I just want to thank all of you amazing women for your story!! I have really struggled this past year with my fasting! I have an amazing support group of over 1,600 members and was so on fire for fasting and this way of life ... and I lost my passion for a bit!! Not sure where it went, but I will say that after READING YOUR CHAPTER, it has gotten me totally back on track!!! I'm closing my window earlier than I ever did ... never eating til at least 1 pm. I have an accountability partner who prays for me daily and I do her and we touch base thru text EVERY night with our daily food intake!!! I know this book has INSPIRED ME... and I know it will inspire soooooo many others and make a difference in our obese population!
