John T. Peachey, PsyD, is a medical psychologist and has coauthored multiple sleep research articles, developed and taught courses in sleep at several universities, and was selected as a William C. Dement Fellow for sleep research. He completed a fellowship in behavioral sleep medicine at Stanford University's School of Medicine, USA, and has worked internationally in military behavioral medicine. Diane C. Zelman, PhD, is a professor of clinical psychology at Alliant International University's California School of Professional Psychology, USA. She is also an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of California, USA. She has published extensively on topics in health psychology, particularly in studies of sleep, chronic pain, and addiction.
