Arvind Dhaka (PhD) received his PhD in computer science and engineering from NIT Hamirpur, India, in 2018. Currently he is Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Communication Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur. He has more than 40 research papers, out of which 30 are in top-rated SCI indexed journals. He completed one research project funded by DST New Delhi in 2023. Farid Nait-Abdesselam (PhD) is Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Paris Cité University, Paris, France. His research interests include security and privacy, networking, Internet of Things, and healthcare systems. He has authored/co-authored over 150 research papers in these areas. He received his PhD degree from University of Versailles, France. Amita Nandal (PhD) received her PhD in electronics and communication engineering from SRM University, Chennai, in 2014. Currently she is Professor in the Department of IoT and Intelligent Systems, Manipal University Jaipur. She has more than 50 research papers, out of which 30 are in top-rated SCI indexed journals. She completed one research project funded by DST New Delhi in 2023. Dijana Capeska Bogatinoska (PhD) received her PhD in applied computer science from St. Clement of Ohrid University of Bitola, Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies, Bitola, Republic of Macedonia, in 2023. Since 2022, she is working as Associate Professor in the University of Information Science and Technology ""St. Paul the Apostle"" (UIST) – Ohrid, Republic of Macedonia. Pramod Singh Rathore (PhD) received his PhD in computer science and engineering from UEM, Jaipur, India, in 2023. Currently he is working in the Department of Computer and Communication Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur, Jaipur, India. With over 13 years of academic teaching experience, he has published more than 85 papers in reputable, peer-reviewed national and international journals, books, and conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE, member of ACM, and member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG). Arpit Kumar Sharma (PhD) received his PhD in computer and communication engineering from Manipal University Jaipur, India, in 2023. Since 2022, he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer and Communication Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur. His research interests include medical image processing and machine learning and deep learning in image processing. Dmytro Zubov (PhD) is Associate Professor of computer science based at the University of Central Asia’s Naryn campus. His PhD was validated in China and North Macedonia. His certificates and awards include Microsoft Server Virtualization Professional with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center, and Microsoft Azure Research Award in 2014 and 2016. He also holds memberships at Microsoft, IBM, and IEEE. In his educational activities, Dr. Zubov focuses on mobile apps based on the Java Android and offline HTML5+JavaScript+CSS technologies, Internet of Things/Everything (IoT/E), and responsive Bootstrap websites. Dr. Zubov is a leader of the Smart City Mesh Network of eHealth Intelligent Agents for Visually Impaired and Blind People international project. His main research goals are aimed at creating intelligent agents in IoT/E systems such as smart energy, smart industry, smart buildings, and inclusive smart assistive infrastructure for the visually impaired and blind people (Java Android apps, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino/Genuino hardware with different sensors/actuators, SIFT image processing, MQTT IoT protocol, and WiFi/Ethernet technologies). He has experience in developing HPC applications in the public (Windows Azure) and private (Windows Server) computing clouds.
