"""Milan-based Vincenzo De Cotiis is best recognized for his sculptural, meditative pieces that also shine in his minimalist interiors. This book’s featured projects—all of them found in his native Italy except for a hôtel particulier in Paris—illuminate the dialogue that De Cotiis forges between materials like recycled fiberglass, cast brass, marble, and hand-painted fabrics. ~ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST ""All of the high-concept, meditative spaces fully embody De Cotiiis’s elevated style, which sees rare stones and polished metals juxtaposed with classical backdrops that have been stripped of modern, awkward adornments. The dazzling volume—which also includes sketches and floor plans—is the first fully realized glimpse into the practice of a pioneering talent who has been likened to legends such as Gio Ponti and Carlo Scarpa"" ~GALERIE MAGAZINE"
