Mark Penta is an author, caricaturist, and illustrator whose work has appeared on billboards, magazines, book covers, and newspapers. He has taught drawing and cartooning to kids and adults for over thirty years at schools including Rhode Island School of Design and MassBay. Together with his childhood friend Ted “T. M.” Murphy, Mark co-created the series Totally Weird Activity Books in support of their mission to get kids creating. Mark lives in Massachusetts. T. M. Murphy, aka Ted, is a book author, educator, and speaker. He has written books for children and adults and teaches writing classes at Boston College and summer workshops with young writers. Together with his childhood friend Mark Penta, Ted co-created the book series Totally Weird Activity Books in support of their mission to get kids creating. Ted lives in Massachusetts.
