The author put so much thought into character building you truly feel like you know who the MFC is and how much she was sheltered you get to watch her grow into a strong woman. It is also nice to see the bond she has with her two siblings isabeau (isa) and Lux. Lux obviously younger brother ego lol kept it funny. Isa def gives off older sister vibes but was given middle sister responsibilities her sense of calmness and mystery kept me intrigued with her!! And let's not forget about our fated mate Laucian!!! Love how they came to meet and I love how, even though fated, it wasn't love at first site alavara took her time to know who he is and made sure that relationship was something she truly wanted very refreshing! All around this book is a good read from character building to world building I loved everything about it and before I forget it is a slow burn don't want anyone coming after me for not mentioning it "" Heather (5 Stars)
