Libère J. Ndacayisaba is a Burundian American scientist and author of Transient Anchors: From Refugee Tents to Research Towers. He earned his PhD in Medical Biophysics from the University of Southern California and has authored multiple peer-reviewed research publications in biomedical sciences. He is a co-founder of a medtech startup developing immunomodulation technologies for cancer treatment. Libère is an avid advocate for access to innovative healthcare and education through his philanthropic venture, the Tetradenia Foundation, and as a board director and advisor to other social impact enterprises. Transient Anchors is his first book. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
