Jeffrey Moore is Professor of Management and disability intelligence researcher at Anderson University, South Carolina. Raised in France, he earned his PhD from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis (IAE). His work focuses on transforming organizational cultures through complexity leadership and employing people with disabilities. He leads Anderson University’s research team, partnering with Walgreens and Sephora on disability employment practices. He has authored book chapters (2017, 2019, 2023) and published in AMLE, JMD, and ODJ. Dr. Moore was keynote at Handong Global University–UNAI (2022, South Korea) on enterprises embracing disability inclusion. Awards include Best Paper (2019 Dutch HRM Network) and AOM’s Outstanding Scholar-Practitioner Collaboration (2015). For 20 years, he has worked with manufacturing firms and distribution centers, uniquely collaborating with Walgreens, Sephora, and Dollar Tree on inclusive teams. Dr. Sharad Gupta is a seasoned educator and corporate trainer with over two decades of experience in academia, research, and professional development. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on Blockchain-enabled Employee Life Cycle Frameworks at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), India. He holds an e-Diploma in CORe from Harvard Business School, along with advanced degrees in Education (M.Ed.), Commerce (M.Com.), and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Dr. Gupta serves as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, where he specializes in Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, and Corporate Strategy. He has held key administrative roles, including Convener of the Institution Innovation Council, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial growth. With international teaching experience in Malaysia and the Maldives, he has guided MBA, Ph.D., and Professional Doctorate students across culturally diverse environments. Dr. Gupta has co-authored several books, including Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner's Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies and WealthWise: Lessons from India's Warren Buffett. His research contributions extend to journals and conferences, focusing on HR analytics, AI in education, and blockchain applications. Recognized for his expertise in instructional design, Dr. Gupta has developed e-learning modules, designed corporate training programs, and managed digital learning platforms during his tenure with leading organizations like Bajaj Housing Finance and ICICI Bank. He brings a unique blend of academic rigor and industry acumen, making impactful contributions to both fields. Dr. Gupta continues to innovate in education and research, bridging the gap between academic theories and real-world applications, and inspiring the next generation of learners and leaders. Manjari Sharma is an Associate Professor at CHRIST University, Pune Lavasa Campus, India, with over 15 years of extensive academic experience across multiple universities in Asia, including the Maldives, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and Dubai. She specializes in Finance, Managerial Economics, Financial Management, Securities Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Operations Management. Dr. Sharma is recognized for her innovative pedagogical methods, focusing on experiential learning, case-based teaching, and technology-driven education. She actively integrates real-world business applications into her courses, ensuring students develop practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge. Her dedication to enhancing learning experiences has led her to design industry-oriented programs and collaborative research projects that bridge the gap between academia and professional practice. An accomplished researcher and author, Dr. Sharma has published extensively in the areas of behavioral finance, AI in education, financial analytics, and innovative teaching methodologies. She has co-authored several books, including “Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner's Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies”, and her research has contributed to advancing financial literacy, digital transformation in education, and investment behavior analysis. Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Sharma is actively involved in global academic collaborations, serving as a key coordinator for international immersion programs. She has led initiatives such as the Global Immersion Program in Texas, USA, and the Indian Cultural Immersion Program in Ladakh, fostering cross-cultural learning experiences. Dr. Manjari Sharma's passion for mentoring students and young researchers is evident in her collaborative approach to academic leadership. She continuously works towards bridging the gap between academia and industry, ensuring that her students are equipped with critical thinking, financial acumen, and strategic decision-making skills for global careers. Ajay Garg , a name associated with researches and innovations, a name that tasted success in everything it looked upon. Born on 2nd Feb 1987, Ajay has seen quite a feat in his career at an early stage and setting a model for so many aspirants of success in their life. His one of the greatest achievements was the development of the Magic Technology that was highly appreciated by former President of India, Late Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam and getting his appreciation itself means a world. Ajay is a research scholar and has published various research papers at national and international conferences. Also he has bagged many awards and won many technical competitions during his academic phase. He has worked with ETH Research Lab as a Research Assistant to Padmabhushan Dr. Vijay Bhatkar (father of India's first Super Computer). He has been an active volunteer for Honey Bee Network and SRISTI. Also he is a creator of the Techpedia under the leadership of Padmashree Dr. Anil Gupta (Professor, IIM Ahmedabad). Ajay has joined his hands with Dr. Ganesh Natarajan(Former Vice Chairman & CEO- Zensar Technologies) for a social cause in an NGO for nurturing India's best talent award by awarding innovative projects of students and creating a product based startups. He has been a mentor for multiple startups. Presently, he is associated with Big 4, Ernest and Young as a Manager, FRSM. Dr. Helen Josephine V L is an Associate Professor specializing in Business Analytics at the School of Business and Management, Christ University, Bangalore. With over 27 years of combined academic and industry experience, she began her career as a software engineer, working in reputed companies across India and Singapore. She transitioned to academia after 12 years in the software industry and has since accumulated 15 years of teaching experience in engineering colleges and universities. Dr. Helen holds an MCA from St. Joseph’s College, Bharathidasan University, and M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees from Bharathiar University. She also completed MBA – Operations and supply chain management at Pondicherry University. Her teaching expertise spans a wide range of subjects, including Business Analytics, and Data Science courses, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, She is also proficient in various programming languages, such as Python, R, Java, C++, and more. Dr. Helen’s research focuses on applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to solve real-world business problems, with particular interest in recommender systems and sentiment analysis. An active researcher, Dr. Helen has more than 20 publications in Web of Science and Scopus indexed journals, and she has authored several book chapters. She has published nine patents in the fields of AI and IoT and serves as a Ph.D. supervisor under Visvesvaraya Technological University and Christ University. She has been involved in multiple projects, including a 20-lakh ICSSR project, and is a reviewer for several prestigious journals. Dr. Helen’s extensive industry and academic background make her a key contributor to both education and research.
