Jabir Arif is an Associate Professor at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Morocco. He holds an M.Sc., Engineering, Ph.D., and HdR degrees in Industrial Engineering and Logistics from the National School of Applied Sciences Tangier and the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies Fez. Before transitioning to academia, he worked as a Production Planner in the automotive industry and later as a Senior Engineer at the Ministry of Public Services and Modernization of Administration, managing national major projects. His research focuses on Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Outsourcing of Logistic Activities, Risk Assessment, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Industrial Engineering. His recent publications emphasize operational efficiency, sustainability, green warehouse inventory management, and logistics traceability. Pr. Arif is a regular reviewer for Q1-Q2 journals in his field, including Cleaner Logistics and Supply Chain, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Digital Engineering, and International Journal of Production Research. He has served on the Technical and Scientific Committees of multiple international conferences and workshops. Pr. Jabir Arif has been recognized among the Top 15 Moroccan Researchers in Decision Sciences over the last decade by the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST). His expertise has been showcased as a Distinguished Speaker at IEOM Society events on Global Supply Chain and Logistics in 2022 and 2023. In addition to his research contributions, he serves as a Faculty Advisor for IEOM Student Chapters and is an active member of the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society (IEOM). His commitment to advancing logistics and supply chain knowledge extends to his role in the scientific and organizing committees of major international conferences, including LOGISTIQUA, MITA, GOL, and CPI. Beyond academia, Pr. Arif actively engages in professional forums as a moderator and speaker on topics related to logistics, supply chain, and foreign trade. He also contributes to social and educational initiatives as a member of the Moroccan Student Foundation, supporting scholarship recipients. With extensive academic and industry experience, he continues to make significant contributions through teaching, publishing, and international collaborations. Fouad Jawab is a Full Professor at the Higher School of Technology of Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, Morocco. He is a recognized academic and researcher in the fields of logistics, supply chain management, and industrial engineering. Prof. Jawab currently leads the research team “Industrial Management and Logistics” (MILOG) and serves as Vice-Director of the “Industrial Technologies and Services” (IST) research laboratory. He is also the former Director of the “International Management, Decision Techniques and Logistics” (MIDLOG) laboratory. Over the years, he has played a central role in the development and management of academic and professional training programs. He previously headed the Department of Science and Management Techniques (STG) and the University Diploma of Technology (DUT) in Logistics and Transport Management (GLT). He currently serves as the Program Director of the Professional Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, which trains future professionals in logistics strategy, operations, and innovation. A pioneer in the academic logistics field in Morocco, Prof. Jawab is the Founder of the International Conference on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)—a leading scientific event that brings together international scholars, researchers, and practitioners to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in supply chain and logistics management. In addition to his academic and administrative roles, Prof. Jawab is deeply involved in research collaboration, doctoral supervision, and scientific dissemination. His work contributes significantly to the advancement of knowledge and practice in industrial logistics, supply chain optimization, and decision-making tools in industrial contexts.
