After writing for many years, the Bronte Mumma found her true literary calling after having her babies. As a way to keep in touch with family scattered across the globe, the Bronte Mumma started writing developmental updates from the point of view of baby Bronte. When responses began to come back addressed to Bronte and discussing the pitfalls of parents, she knew she'd found her niche and Toddler on Tour was born. Also known as Francesca L McLinden, the Bronte Mumma graduated from the University of Kent with honours and later went on to study at the International School of Screen Acting before a spell of time writing for the Isle of Wight County Press. She is a professional pianist, choir leader and fully qualified counsellor. She seeks adventure and travel, and aims to find the joy in the everyday. Her toddler thinks that her hobbies include washing, ironing and pitiful attempts at cleaning, but that's not entirely accurate. When time permits, the Bronte Mumma enjoys reading, music, walking in the great outdoors, learning obscure facts and dreaming of her next big adventure. She lives in hope that she will be able to finish a cup of tea before it gets cold. Currently, the Bronte Mumma lives on the Isle of Wight with her husband and two children. Featuring Bronte. Bronte is a toddler on a mission to create mischief and mayhem wherever she goes. She is a masterful procurer of biscuits, professional depriver of sleep, tenacious toddler and the daughter of the Bronte Mumma. She is also the inspiration behind the Toddler on Tour series. Bronte lives at home with her parents and baby sister. At present, she has her own bedroom, but is being primed to move into a bigger room with another permanent tenant: her little sister. At the moment, Bronte strives to find the magic in the world. She is a big Bluey fan and has had the chance to meet her cultural hero- Shaun the Sheep, on two occasions.
