Karl Petry is known for his accurate clairvoyance, his ability to tune into the past via retrocognition, and the ability to read objects and photographs via psychometry. He participates in paranormal investigations and has worked with other investigators to assess haunted locations and to analyze photographic evidence of paranormal phenomena. Karl sharpened his abilities with Ingo Swann, the New York City psychic who created the foundation for the U.S. government's classified program in remote viewing. Karl is an independent film producer operating in the New York metropolitan area. Karl's work on one paranormal investigation was so compelling that he produced a film docudrama based on it to try to capture and share his personal experience. Karl has been a guest speaker at the New Jersey City State University; various New Jersey high schools; the Stroudsburg Public Library (Stroudsburg, PA); the New Jersey Freemason Lodges in Nutley, Rutherford, Morristown, Lyndhurst and Ramsey, NJ; the New Jersey Paranormal Association Meetings, held at the Hamilton Library in Hamilton, NJ, and its yearly conference. He has been a frequent lecturer at the annual Pennsylvania Paranormal Society in Mt. Joy, PA. Karl was honored to present at the North Arlington Woman's Club and the New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs of GFWC. He gave the keynote address at the Eastern Monroe Public Library's Book Expo in Stroudsburg, PA.
