My academic journey includes publishing numerous papers for the Romanian Academy and the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, with a focus on political philosophy, law, and geopolitics. I have extensive experience in liaising with institutional stakeholders at the highest level in both Romania and the European Union, covering contract negotiation, legislation, and strategic partnerships. My professional background encompasses various governmental institutions, including the Romanian Parliament, Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EximBank, and Transelectrica. During my tenure at Transelectrica, I led the coordination of a nationally significant project estimated at 12 billion Euros - The HVDC Project. As a Public Affairs Manager I develop and implement Public Affairs strategy and activities on behalf of the assigned clients, by developing and maintaining relations with important key stakeholders. I am fluent in English, French, and Italian, with a foundational knowledge of Russian and Spanish.
