Peggy Yetman, MA, BA is a counsellor, writer, ordained minister, and storyteller with a focus on neurodivergent emotional health and relationships. After raising a daughter diagnosed with ADHD and later recognizing her own neuro-spicy patterns, she has spent more than a decade exploring the complexities of friendship, identity, and belonging. Peggy is also the creator of the SOAR(TM) Chat framework, a trademarked reflective method designed to help individuals understand their patterns with clarity and compassion. She writes with warmth, insight, and hard-earned wisdom, inviting readers to see themselves more clearly and build healthier connections.
