Reviews for The Midwives' Guide to Key Medical Conditions: Pregnancy and Childbirth

Amazon review comments (previous editions) As a student midwife I have found this book invaluable to my training. It covers common medical conditions and their effects on pregnancy. The volume has proved especially useful for several of my second year assignments which focus more on the 'abnormal' pregnancy. I will continue to use this book throughout my training and once qualified. This book is very well written and provides in-depth knowledge on key medical conditions. It is an essential part of any student midwife's reading list, easy to read yet containing the right level of information required. Brilliant! Excellent resource for lectures and writing assignments. Well written, easy to understand and relevant to my degree course. I would highly recommend it! Excellent book and ideal as it gets straight to the point without useless information. Fantastic.. it has been used in most assignments and has lots of useful and up-to-date information in it. A must for midwifery students!
