Thanasis Efthymiou applies analytical and systemic methods, derived from his academic training in Physics and postgraduate studies in Control Theory, to the rigorous investigation of ancient primary sources and the historical context of the Second Temple period. With a focus on ""textual archaeology,"" his work bridges the gap between complex academic findings and the general reader.By analyzing primary sources such as the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Apocrypha, and Greco-Roman accounts, Efthymiou seeks to reconstruct the socio-political networks of first-century Judea. Following his previous work in theoretical physics (Flat Spacetime Gravity), he has dedicated his recent research to the ""Third Quest"" for the historical Jesus. He lives in Athens, Greece, and The Man Who Became God is his latest contribution to the field.
