"It would not be inaccurate to call the walnut a 'pharmacy'. Its use for homeopathic purposes has been known since antiquity.

I have always considered walnut trees to be the most valuable tree we have with us. But as much as it is valuable, little is known of its value, thus we miss out on its true potential. God has blessed every part of this tree from the wood, which is considered a true aristocrat among other types of wood, to the leaves, with pharmaceutical properties and fruit, which unlike the fruits of other tree species constitute a complete and concentrated food source. So, all walnut components can be used and are used for the benefit of humans.

A portion of only 28g of walnut kernel provides 7g of protein, which corresponds to 13% of the recommended daily dose, which is why walnuts are also known as ""vegetarian meat."" For comparison, a regular egg provides 5.5g of protein."
