Who is Rosemary Olivier? And what a light is it that, not in the suddenness of a flash, but through a series of small harmful events, illuminated the heart and soul of this simple girl. Until then, Rosemary lived her life somewhat adrift, without prospects... and, as she would say herself, with more problems than a diabetic in an ice cream parlor.

Problems... this is the introductory theme that begins the contents of this book. What's your problem? Do you have problems? No! You have challenges! That is what explains this brief introduction. From then on, we follow the saga of Rosemary who, after some bad luck, discovers the treatment of emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues, in other words, Rosemary discovers therapy.

Upon discovering and understanding the importance of therapy, she also discovers Dr. Norma Medina, a character who proves to be of the utmost importance in this book. Rosemary, who was a whirlwind of anxiety, depression, and stress, finds in Dr. Norma a true safe haven. So much so that from being a patient she became an employee, working in the doctor's office.

As Dr. Norma treats Rosa, we go through the 11 chapters that cover the most varied topics such as Brain (what do you have in your head?); Self-sabotage (when Rosa offers to work at the office); The doctor will find a way (Rose is already working and discovering that she has enormous empathy with the profession of therapist); and so many others.

In this book, we will notice two literary paths that run in parallel: the treatment of Rosemary, who listens attentively to all of the doctor's therapeutic speeches (not without, from time to time, releasing her nonsense, the fruits of her naive and good-humored side); and also, the technical aspects of therapy, said in a pedagogical way and understandable to any reader.

This is The Light of Rosemary, a book that was created to be a precious tool for personal development and self-knowledge.
