Maurice Litzow was born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, where his family attended Wynnum Baptist Church. He committed his life to Jesus Christ at the age of 12 during a Boys' Brigade camp, a decision that would shape the direction of his life and calling.Leaving school prior to graduation, Maurice began a plumbing apprenticeship and spent many years working in the construction industry, including a significant period as a contractor running his own business. Alongside his trade background, Maurice developed a strong passion for teaching. He has taught at universities in Darwin and Mackay, as well as at Queensland Technical and Further Education (TAFE).Maurice is a graduate of Christian Heritage College and Jerry Savelle Ministries Bible School, where he earned Diplomas of Ministry. He is also a keen motorcycle enthusiast and was involved in motorcycle ministry for several years. Family, the Bible, motorcycles, and teaching are where he finds great enjoyment and fulfilment. At this stage of his journey, Maurice's clear direction is to fulfil the call of God on his life by teaching believers what they already have in Christ. Through Scripture, he seeks to demonstrate the practical application of God's Word in everyday life, helping the saints understand who they are in Christ and the authority they have in Him, so they can live the life God has purposed for them.Maurice believes in God the Father, God the Son-Jesus Christ, the living Word of God-and God the Holy Spirit. Although life has brought many challenges, including personal loss and the death of his spouse, he has remained steadfast in his belief in God's unconditional love and in the transforming power of His Word. Maurice firmly believes that when the Word of God is put into practice, it leads to victory and enables people to overcome whatever life presents. His message is simple yet uncompromising: never fear, but believe; never feel sorry for yourself, but believe. Live by faith, and your life will prosper, leaving you with no regrets.
