He has previously worked as a secondary SENCo, tutor and senior leader before moving into educational consultancy, where he now facilitates leadership development in SEND. Kenny currently supports mainstream SENCos in Surrey and West Sussex as well as working as a coach and school improvement partner in several special schools and as a facilitator for the NPQ SENCo.
