Powerful call to prayer Inspiration to spend an hour in prayer with Jesus. Ideally, before the Blessed Sacrament, but an hour anywhere will serve. Many uplifting prayers and reflections fill this book. Noteworthy are passages from the Imitation of Christ and the Psalms. Very pleasing and easy to read. Bishop Sheen explains the parts of the mass and how they relate to Calvary. This is a must-read for any Catholic or Christian. This is a profound explanation of the mass with the last words of Jesus. Fulton Sheen does an excellent job of unpacking the intricacies of the Mass. Can't Get Any Better! What an amazing little book.
