Dr Oluwalami Matthew Fadayo is a scholar, educator, and multi-certified professional with global credentials in accounting, compliance, and forensic investigations. He holds a PhD in Forensic Accounting from De Montfort University, UK, as well as advanced degrees in accounting from the University of Lagos and Lagos State University. His academic portfolio is complemented by numerous professional fellowships, including with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), International Compliance Association (UK), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Administration (Nigeria), Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants (Nigeria) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA). Dr O. M. Fadayo has lectured in higher education and is certified in academic development and professional teaching in the UK and Nigeria. He is currently lecturing in business management and digital marketing at UK Management College (University of Wolverhampton). His research bridges fraud investigation, detection, sustainability, banking, historical injustice, governance, and financial accountability, offering a multidisciplinary lens to the evolving discourse on racial identity and post-colonial systems.
