Abdul Maajid Daryabadi (1892 - 1977), born in India, obtained his BA (Hons.) in Philosophy from Canning College, Lucknow in 1912. He devoted his whole life to the cause of Islam and published scores of books and articles both in English and Urdu, which bring out the excellence of Islam.
