Jay has authored multiple research papers published by IEEE, ACM, and Springer, and has contributed book chapters to both Springer and Bloomsbury publishing houses. His writing and speaking engagements span international conferences on topics such as AI, cybersecurity, HR technology, and workforce development. He holds certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Project Management (PMP), and is a Certified Sales Engineer (CSE).
