Frank holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Master's in Machine Learning from Columbia University, with specialized research in Natural Language Processing at Stanford University. This endeavour showcases his visionary approach to creating immersive, blockchain-powered gaming experiences, aiming to redefine user engagement and community building within the virtual realm. John Hickie is currently Director at Carrick Communications and has spent the last 30 years at the intersection of technology, communications and technical writing. After graduating from the Limerick Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science he started his career at Westinghouse Electric writing instructional manuals for the US Air Force before moving to Sweden to work for ASEA Robotics (now ABB) and BOFORS as a freelance technical writer.
