Jan-Andrew Henderson (J.A. Henderson) is the author of over 38 teen, YA and adult thrillers and non-fiction books. He has been published in the UK, USA, Australia, Germany and the Czech Republic by Oxford University Press, Collins, Hardcourt Press, Amberley Books, Oetinger Publishing, Mainstream Books, Black and White Publishers Mlada Fontana, Black Hart and Floris Books. He has been shortlisted for fifteen literary awards in the UK and Australia and won the Doncaster Book Prize, Aurealis Award and Royal Mail Award. He recently moved from Scotland to Brisbane and is working on making his accent decipherable.He owns Black Hart Entertainment and the famous City of the Dead Ghost Tours in Edinburgh, which requires him to wear black all the time. He also runs The Green Light Literary Breakdown Service in Brisbane, offering advice, workshops and talks to budding writers.
