The Elfabet is a Christmas ABC book that will help you celebrate the most joyous season of the year. Part learning, part fun - this is a splendid book for the whole family. Adults are sure to learn some festive info too: about Santa, his red coat, Christmas jumpers and about the traditional poem of the season.

Kids will have fun counting, guessing festive words, naming elves, finding hidden reindeer names and learning letters. This is also great for children who already know the alphabet. There are plenty of different activities to keep them entertained during the holidays.

Teachers and homeschooling parents can use this book to prompt students to write words that start with a specific letter and improve their spelling skills. Lots of festive fun and learning!

Clifford Maledon was only 10 years old when he came up with the idea for his first picture book, THE ELFABET. Currently, he is working on two more books in his JOLLY GOOD ALPHABET BOOKS series. His little helper and collaborator is his mum. They loved working on and illustrating THE ELFABET. Apart from writing books, Clifford enjoys football and playing games on his iPad. Clifford lives in Scotland with his mum, dad, younger brother, and lots of imaginary elves. When Anna was a little girl, she wanted to become Anne Shirley. Even though she had the right initials, and an old tree in front of her window, becoming Anne Shirley wasn't all that easy, so... as an adult, instead of moving to Prince Edward Island she moved to Scotland, the birthplace of Harry Potter, where she met her Caribbean dancer-turned-chef husband, changed her Polish initials from A.S. to A.M., had 2 boys (just like Lucy Maud Montgomery, her favourite childhood author) and started writing books. Now she thinks that writing was the thing she was meant to do from the start, being born with six fingers on one hand. It wasn't a handicap, it was a gift! She used to live in Edinburgh, not far from where J.K. Rowling wrote the famous book, but she never met her on the bus or anywhere else, for that matter. They share 3 things: they write books for children, they live in Scotland, and they can't drive! Anna Maledon is the author of several book series, including JOLLY GOOD PICTURE BOOKS, JOLLY GOOD MATHS, JOLLY GOOD BORING THINGS.
