ZLCA founded autonomously by a number of listed companies in Zhongguancun, is a national NGO. The association is officially established on August 16th, 2012. ZLCA’s mission is to assist government in delivering and implementing policies, representing members in providing advice and suggestions to the government, providing professional policy consultation for members, and establishing a high-level networking, resource sharing and learning platform.
