Ville Kari is an Assistant Professor of the History of International Law at Tilburg University, as well as an affiliated research fellow at the Erik Castrén Institute of International Law and Human Rights. He is a Doctor of Laws, a trained judge, and an experienced Rapporteur at the Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting. He has held visiting fellowships at the University of Melbourne, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sciences Po Paris, and the University of Cambridge.
