I have known Pam for over four years and seen her heart for the caregivers and dementia patients. She has helped people like myself get through this journey of caregiving. She has taught me to see the humor in some in the crazy things people with dementia say and do. Pam has experienced the death for three family members to dementia and is now caring for her husband who is in memory care. She loves to share funny stories with the dementia patients where her husband lives, bringing laughter to them and their family members. She is loved by all who know her and her enthusiasm for life is evident in all that she does. -Jackie KaneI am a caregiver to my husband who has dementia. I want to express my deepest soul gratitude to whomever or whatever guided me to Pam Robbins when I was desperate to find out about the changes in my husband's behavior. She gave me and other caregivers relevant and helpful information, She made me see the humor in some of the things that were happening to my husband. I value you in my life, Pam. -Carol Zara, CanadaI have had the opportunity to be a client of Pam Robbins for over a year. I was recommended by a mutual friend. She has been guiding me on my journey with my wife who is affected by declining cognitive skills. She helped explain some of the unknowns in interacting with a spouse whose behavior is changing right before my very eyes. I am so glad I got to know her. Not only has she helped me with understanding my wife's needs but more importantly she has taught me to take care of myself. Her humorous stories have brought me to lighten up and laugh and see that I am not alone in this fight. Many people are experiencing greater stress than I am and in her book she tells the tales of caregiver's escapades. -Max Robinson
