It's been a decade since Armageddon. To survive, a class of university engineering students built the ARCH, a structure tucked into a narrow gorge on the north side of the Grand Canyon. They weren't alone for long - thousands of desperate people found them, creating a cramped, underfed hell. It's the last bastion of humanity.
And it's failing.
The constant deadly winds, which they call the ""Banshee"", keep them trapped inside. Years of gales and blowing sand have taken their toll: the supports are bending, the roof is breaking. Every time the Banshee screams, someone dies.
Inside, the engineers are tunneling their way to safety. But their time is running out. With extinction just around the corner, and a simmering struggle for power coming to a head, how many can be saved before the Banshee shrieks again?
