The American Oath Project proposes the pursuit of civil lawsuits designed to promptly end Mr. Trump's Presidential Employment Contract for both premeditated and ongoing, cumulative and coordinated breaches of the Presidential Oath of Office, and for committing ""fraud in the inducement"" by lying when he took the Oath.

It presents a legal strategy grounded in centuries of contract and agency common law blended with a ""four corners"" reading of the Constitution. It outlines civil legal claims to directly address Mr. Trump's:
