Austin Musundire is currently a Research Associate at University of Limpopo. He obtained his Doctorate of Educational Leadership and Management degree from the University of South Africa, and a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration, planning and policy studies (Educational leadership and Management) from the Zimbabwean Open University. He obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Educational administration, planning and policy studies from University of Zimbabwe and a Diploma in Education from the same university.
