Anna D’Auria is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Naples L'Orientale and holds a PhD in Tourism management from the University of Naples Federico II. She was visiting scholar and professor at the University of Jaén in Spain, at the University of Sczczin in Poland and at the University of Skövde in Sweden. She participated in national and international conferences, published books on Tourism management and Innovation and sustainability, and book chapters on Tourism and Innovation management. Sha also published scientific papers on international academic journal as Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, and Sustainability Science. Her main areas of research are Tourism and Destination management, Innovation and Smart city, International business, Sustainable development and Sustainable city. Javier Sánchez-Rivas García is a Doctor in Economics from the University of Seville since 2009, and currently Vice Dean of Institutional Relations of the Faculty of Law. Member of the Seville Tourism Sustainability Committee. Permanent professor of the International Master's Degree in Management and Conservation of Historical Sites of the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo since 2019. Author of 10 international book chapters on the legal protection, management and enhancement of historical-cultural heritage and author of twenty international research articles. Permanent Professor-Researcher at the Mexican Universities of Guadalajara and Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. Principal investigator of 8 research contracts for knowledge transfer on the sustainability of cultural heritage in the tourism sector and team member of 8 International Research Projects.
