Dr. Divya Mishra has completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Noida International University, India. She is an accomplished AI researcher and academician with over 13 years of expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. She is currently working as an Associate Professor in the CSE-AIML Department at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, India, and is also serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), Malaysia in remote mode. Her main goal is to advance ""AI-Driven Sustainable E-Governance"" to promote transparent, inclusive, and environmentally friendly public administration. She is skilled in Python, machine learning, neural networks, and advanced AI frameworks. Her contribution is extensive in academia and industry, both. Her achievements include multiple publications, patents, and conference roles, reflecting her dedication to innovative, tech-driven solutions in governance and public sector transformation. Rajeev Kumar is a renowned academician and administrator with over 15 years of expertise in advancing professional education. He currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Prof. Kumar’s impressive academic credentials include a Ph.D. and a D.Sc. (Post-Doctoral Degree) in Computer Science, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship from Malaysia. He has further enhanced his expertise with certifications in Data Science and Machine Learning using Python and R Programming from IIM Raipur and advanced certifications from IBM and Google. As a senior member of IEEE, Prof. Kumar plays an active role in the IEEE Young Professional Committee and is also associated with the ACM, Computer Society of India (CSI), and SMIEEE. With core expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, e-governance, and Networking, Prof. Kumar has significantly contributed to advancing academic programs. His efforts include curriculum design, delivering expert talks, and participating in high-impact leadership training programs. He has played a pivotal role in NAAC SSR preparations and has represented his institution at prestigious international academic forums in London, Mauritius, Malaysia, and Dubai. As a dedicated mentor, Prof. Kumar has guided ten scholars to complete their Ph.D. research, with four more pursuing their doctorates under his supervision and five pursuing post-doctorates from Malaysia. His exceptional guidance has earned him the Best Project Supervisor award three times. His commitment to research and innovation has cultivated a vibrant academic culture, leading to the successful incubation and development of numerous prototypes. Abu Bakar A. Hamid chose academia as his profession in 1992, beginning as a lecturer and later rising to a Professor of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. He holds a BBA and an MBA from Northrop University (USA) and a PhD from the University of Derby, UK. He has demonstrated an excellent record of teaching and supervision for more than 25 years in the academic field, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Above all, his achievement in graduating more than 35 PhD candidates proves his ability, capability, and passion for postgraduate supervision. He has also produced impactful research and publications that directly strengthen his expertise in his area of interest. In particular, he has published more than 300 articles in competitive international journals, proceedings, books, and book chapters. He also managed to secure several competitive national grants and consultancies for various projects. Such commitment is truly a landmark of an academician. His accolades, academic recognition, and leadership demonstrate his level of professorship. His notable contributions are recognized locally and internationally, as proven by the multiple invitations he has received to be an invited speaker, reviewer, editor in journals, external assessor, and internal or external examiner.
