Marilyn Mueller Onoda was born in Dallas, Texas. Throughout her life, she has been fascinated with Jesus's life. Although educated as a nurse, she never expected to write a book. However, after over twenty-five years of sincere prayer, study, and divine revelations, this story of Jesus and Mary Magdalene was born.
Powerful! This book reads like an eyewitness account of the life of Jesus, including the unique and special role Mary Magdalene plays. A real page-turner -- riveting! This book certainly is a tour de force. It left a deep impression on me. Jesus's heart and compassion, his deep commitment to his Father God, the hope and optimism he conveyed to all who were willing to hear it, are well described, as well as the stark realities he had to confront. This story also shines a light on the importance of Jesus's female followers, notably Mary of Magdala, from whose viewpoint the story is told. The book is well-researched and beautifully written, and I found myself transported to the time and place of Jesus's life.
