Tori Beck earned a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in school counseling, landing her a job in the youth mental health care field. After struggling with anxiety and OCD in a religious context, she has become passionate about mental health advocacy and recovery from religious trauma in the Christian space. Her story of deconstruction is inextricably intertwined with mental health. Though deconstruction was a painful process, it has brought her unmatched peace and joy in her faith.Tori's love for writing comes from over a decade of using it as a way to process life.
